Fee Calculation

Our service fee for facilitating your rental agreement is a flat ₹1000, which includes one visit for Pune and Mumbai locations.

Step 2
Documentation
Document Submission: Kindly submit your documents through WhatsApp, email, or online form for drafting.
Required Documents: For Owner – AADHAR & PAN, Tenant – AADHAR, 2Witnesss – AADHAR. Rented Property- Index II / Electricity Bill. In case of a power of attorney: POA copy & POA holder aadhar.
Drafting: Our skilled team will draft your rental agreement upon receiving all required information. You can review and make changes before proceeding.
Data Privacy: As an ISO-certified organization, we prioritize your data’s security, promptly removing it from our servers as per our policy.
Step 3
Appointment Booking
After the document is approved and finalized, kindly book an appointment for biometric verification at your convenience. Our visiting hours are from 9 AM to 8 PM.
Step 4
Biometric Verification Visit
One of our executives will come to your location with a biometric device and webcam. For the agreement signing, both the Owner and Tenant must be present, along with two additional witnesses. The whole process usually takes about 15-20 minutes
Agreement Delivery
After the successful completion of the biometric verification, you’ll receive your digital Leave and License Agreement via email within 3-4 working days. This digital copy is officially recognized and widely accepted.
